We offer private and semi-private Pilates training using spring resistance machines. Each exercise program is created to meet the needs and objectives of the individual, from improved physical fitness, to resolving chronic pain or healing an injury.

At re*balance Pilates we design a training program to meet your specific goals. First time clients begin with an introduction to how the machines work and a detailed physical assessment designed to illustrate for us your body's movement patterns. Together with a health history we customize your individualized program.

If you are under physician’s or physical therapist’s care, I work closely with your medical team to continue your rehabilitative care. Often clients who complete their Physical Therapy prescription continue their rehabilitation with me. I help you transition from re-hab to getting more re-balanced physically by helping you get back to the activities and lifestyle you enjoyed before your injury with greater knowledge and awareness to keep yourself injury and pain-free.


Initial Structural Assessment: $100

Includes: assessing strengths and weaknesses, balance, alignment, posture, movement patterns including gait analysis, fitness goals, review of medical diagnostics and Pilates program design. Recommended for all new clients.


New Client intro package: $200

Initial Structural assessment, plus 2 Private sessions.


Single Private sessions: $90

Package Discount:
5 sessions
: $425, 10 sessions: $800


Semi-private sessions: $55 per person

2 students only, all Pilates equipment. Students must be at a similar experience level.

Package Discount:
5 sessions: $250 per person, 10 sessions: $450 per person


Orthopedic massage: $90/ i hour, $50/ 30 minutes

Orthopedic Massage is an advanced system of massage and manual therapy which is designed to loosen muscles, ligaments, tendons, and joints.  This manual therapy elongates the muscle, repositions joint and surrounding connective tissue (fascia)  in a more neutral position to promote healthy range of motion and even-balanced level of hydration in the surrounding area.

This method is highly effective and efficient for treating acute and chronic pain, increasing range of motion, and easing tension. Additionally, this massage technique promotes healing by working the muscle and tissues in a relaxed state. People suffering from unexplained chronic pain will find relief and increased movement with this massage.

Katrina accompanies each Orthopedic Massage sessions with stretches, exercises and movement patterns that compliment each session.

Small Group Mat Class $20 (First Class $15)

In this small (max 4 clients) online Pilates Mat class, clients will receive feedback and individual attention from the instructor. Instructor will answer questions, give corrections and assist with proper form.

1 Yoga block
1 Pilates Magic Circle
