STUDIO POLICIES
All sessions are approximately one hour.
Our Trainer will wait one half hour past the scheduled start time. After this grace period, the client is charged the full amount of the scheduled appointment and the trainer is free to work with another client.
Late arrivals or early departures from a scheduled session do not reduce the fee.
ReBalance Pilates accepts; cash, checks, credit cards & Venmo. No refunds. All packages must be completed within 6 months.
Standing Appointments: These reoccurring appointments are ongoing, every week. They are reserved for the individual client.
24-hour Cancellation fee: If the client needs to cancel, it needs to be done at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. Otherwise there will be a cancellation fee. This applies to all appointments.
Returned check fees: There will be a $20 charge for all returned checks.
Payment: All session packages are pre-paid.
